July 11 5:08 PM PST Update: I’ve been able to increase our room block at The Nugget to accommodate a field of about 400. Now that there is room for everyone, signup order is no longer a factor in deciding who’s in. Everyone’s in (until we hit 400 I guess)! Obviously Revere can’t hold 400 people, so I’ll be working on a solution for that tomorrow. Stay tuned and register ASAP if you want to go. At this point I can’t predict a damn thing and that 400 number isn’t totally out of the realm of possibility.
July 11 9:41AM PST Update: I’m working on a solution to make sure everyone who wants to go to MGAWC19 can get in. If you want to go and haven’t put down a deposit yet, do that ASAP at MGAWC.com to hold your spot in line. If everything falls apart and we can’t get you in, your deposit will be refunded. July 10, 2019 5:45PM PST Update: A freeze was put on registrations at 4:20PM today when we hit 250 registrations. It was put on to give any sleeping Chapter Leaders a chance to register for the event. I wanted to do a pre-sale for them and couldn’t figure out how to do it, so that’s essentially what this is. The freeze thaws at Noon PST on July 11th and registrations then go back to a first come, first served basis. So if you still want to go, you should register ASAP and you will be notified this week if you made the field. If you don’t make the field, your deposit will be refunded and you will be placed on the waitlist in the order that you registered.
