This year we set up a silent auction on a charity auction site. It seems like it will work just fine and maybe our big winner will be inspired to donate his winnings to charity… You never know.
The Player Auction is a lot of fun and gives a rooting interest to those of you who don’t have a chance in hell of winning The Belt yourself. There are two handy-dandy links below to help get you started. You will need to jump through a few hoops to get set up on the auction site, but once you do it’s really easy to bid on multiple players and then hopefully just as easy to settle up when the auction ends at 8am Friday, Nov. 9. Supposedly you’ll even get a text message if you get outbid!
